Cancellation Policy

  • 5% deduction on refund if cancellation is made before 8 days of booking. 25% refund if cancelled 3 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.
  • Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • I agree to pay all the charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel. Bills are due on presentation and I am liable to until paid.
  • The room key card shall be returned to the front desk upon departure, failing which will attract a nominal charge.

  • The use of hookah/drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
  • Rooms are provided with electrical, sanitary, bedding, furniture, and mini kitchen items. Guests are liable for any damage to these items, furniture, or amenities.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No illegal activities, dangerous items (flammable liquids), or disrespecting hotel property.
  • Use in-room safes; the hotel isn't liable for lost valuables.
  • Use of bad or abusive language with the staff of this resort will be liable for registration of legal complaint.
  • The premises are under CCTV surveillance for security and safety purposes.
  • Guests are strictly prohibited from damaging, picking, or removing any plants or flowers from the premises. Any damage or removal will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Guest is required to produce valid ID proof while check-in.
  • Breakfast and dinner timing shall be strictly adhered to.
