1. Agreement

  • By booking a room, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
  • The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund

  • 5% deduction on refund if cancellation is made before 8 days of booking.
  • 25% refund if cancelled 3 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon check-in.
  • The hotel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Bank Transfer and cash.

5. Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guests' property.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

6. Data Protection

  • The hotel collects and stores guests' personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Guests' personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Children below the age of 3 years are our guest.
  • Drinking alcohol and smoking near the pool area is not allowed.
  • We ask guests to refrain from smoking indoors to preserve the freshness and comfort of our shared spaces.
  • Please keep music at a moderate volume to maintain the tranquil environment of our resort and respect other guests and neighbors, especially during late hours.
  • The use of hookah/drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
  • Rooms are provided with electrical, sanitary, bedding, furniture, and mini kitchen items. Guests are liable for any damage to these items, furniture, or amenities.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No illegal activities, dangerous items (flammable liquids), or disrespecting hotel property.
  • Use in-room safes; the hotel isn't liable for lost valuables.
  • Use of bad or abusive language with the staff of this resort will be liable for registration of legal complaint.
  • The premises are under CCTV surveillance for security and safety purposes.
  • Guests are strictly prohibited from damaging, picking, or removing any plants or flowers from the premises. Any damage or removal will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • I agree to pay all the charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel. Bills are due on presentation and I am liable to until paid.
  • The room key card shall be returned to the front desk upon departure, failing which will attract a nominal charge.

8. Complaints Procedure

  • Guests can report complaints or issues to the hotel management.
  • The hotel will respond to complaints within 24 hours.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
